Foundation and plane layout field
The basic diagram of the substation is shown in the attached diagram.Please refer to the attached drawing for the layout of the substation.
In terms of installation,acceptance, handover test, operation and maintenance of intelligent integrated substation, in addition to the provisions required by the power department, the following matters should be noted:
1.when receiving the product,the user should check carefully according to the relevant regulations.For the product not installed immediately, it should be stored in an appropriate place according to the normal use conditions.
2.the product shall be lifted from the bottom with special spreader,as shown in figure 2.
3.place the product horizontally on the pre-made foundation,then wipe and seal the gap between the product base and the foundation with cement mortar,so as to avoid rain water entering the cable room,and access the high and low voltage cable through the bottom sealing plate of the high andlow pressure room.
4.reliable grounding should be done after the product is installed and inplace;The two main grounding terminals on the channel steel of thebase of the power station,the neutral point of the transformer,the shell and the pile head under the arrester should be grounded by the installation department respectively.All grounding devices shall share one set of grounding devices with a grounding resistance of less than 4 ohms and no less than two grounding leads from the grounding grid to the product.
5.after the product is installed or maintained,the following items should be inspected and tested before putting into operation:
·whether the substation is clean;
·Whether the operating mechanism is flexible;
·whether the main electrical appliances on and off flexible and reliable;
·Whether the electrical auxiliary contact on and off reliable and accurate;
·table and relay action is accurate;
·whether the transformer ratio and wiring polarity of instrument and transformer are correct;
·all electrical installation nuts are tightened,installation is solid and reliable;
·Whether the bus bar is well connected,its support insulator,whether the clamp is installed reliably;
·whether the setting value of electrical appliances meet the requirements,fuse core specifications are correct:
·Whether the contacts of the main circuit and auxiliary circuit meet the requirements of the electrical schematic diagram.
6.Pieces of maintenance
·all components in the product shall be maintained according to their respective technical requirements:
·f the selected transformer is oil-immersed type,oilsample analysis and inspection should be carried out at least
once a year according to the provisions;
·high voltage side switch equipment in operation,after 20 times with load or 2000 times without load open and close operation,should check the contact situation and arc extinguishing device loss,abnormal should be timely maintenance or replacement.
·after automatic tripping of low-voltage switchgear,check and analyze the reason for tripping,to be removed before
re-operation;
·lightning arrester should be a preventive test before the arrival of the thunderstorm season every year;
*The products are accompanied by packing list,certificate of conformity,installation and operation instruction,electrical wiring diagram,instruction of the main components and equipment used in the products,key operating tools and spare parts provided according to the agreement.
